Gleam n' Glam Detailing's Service Agreement

By booking a service with Gleam n’ Glam Detailing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the services provided and ensure clear expectations between the business and the client.

• Gleam n’ Glam Detailing is a mobile service operating in Ottawa, and surrounding areas.
• The client must provide access to a water hookup and a power outlet at the service location. If these are unavailable, service may be refused.

• All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to HST.
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and e-transfers.
• Any additional charges for excessive dirt, pet hair, or unforeseen cleaning requirements will be communicated before service begins and/or when immediately discovered.
•  Additional fees, including but not limited to transportation or travel fees, may apply based on service location, accessibility, or other factors. Any applicable charges will be communicated in advance. 

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a future service refusal.
• Gleam n’ Glam reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients will be contacted in advance at the soonest time possible if weather conditions/changes impact their appointment.

• Gleam n’ Glam is not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, stains, torn upholstery, or paint imperfections.
• Clients must remove all valuables before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

• We strive for high-quality results, but some stains, odors, and deep scratches may not be fully removable.
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, or heavily neglected vehicles may require additional time and charges.
• Our detailing process does not include mechanical repairs or bodywork.

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Gleam n’ Glam Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
